• All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is owned by Areyl Studio unless otherwise stated.

• Use of the site is for lawful purposes only.

Orders & Payment

• Payment for artwork purchased through the website is processed securely via Squarespace Payments.

• For design services, consultations, or custom commissions, a 50% deposit is required to secure your project, with the remaining 50% due before delivery or completion. Payment for services is accepted via invoice.

• All prices are in AUD. Quoted prices will be honoured for the duration of a project and will only change if additional services are requested or a direct consultation outlines a modification.

Shipping & Fulfilment

• Orders are shipped Australia-wide via Australia Post unless otherwise stated.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside my control.

• To fulfil orders, I may share necessary details (name, address, order information) with trusted manufacturers and fulfilment partners.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the made-to-order nature of artwork, returns or exchanges for change of mind are not available.

• If an order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact me within 3 business days to arrange a resolution.

Consultations & Design Services

• I offer consultations, styling advice, and art curation. Availability is limited.

• Any advice, design concepts, or suggestions are provided for inspirational purposes and do not constitute a binding guarantee.

• Any construction plans, joinery, or custom furniture designs must be measured and confirmed on-site before production or installation.

Intellectual Property

• All artworks from the Areyl Studio site are original works owned by Areyl Studio unless otherwise stated.

• Purchase grants ownership of the physical artwork only; all intellectual property rights remain with the artist.

• Artwork may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

• Areyl Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or purchase of products.

• While I take care to accurately represent products and services, slight variations in color, materials, or design may occur.

Privacy

• I handle personal information in accordance with my Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under Australian law.
